1. KIMCHI

김치

It is already well known around the world that kimchi is an excellent fermented food that strengthens immunity.

We happily visit to Khlong Teoi Market at dawn to carefully select the highest quality cabbage and vegetables from all over Thailand. But for others, we never stop trying to bring out the original taste of kimchi by using imported Korean red pepper powder and other sauces.

2. Steamed Rice

Baap, 밥

Delivery begins in a frozen state. When using, slightly open the lid and heat in the microwave for 5 minutes. Depending on the season, we use Korean rice, Japanese rice, and the most popular, freshly harvested Thai rice. Depending on the chef's plan, a variety of multigrain steamed rice may be served. If you are not going to use it right away, store it in the freezer and warm and enjoy it at any time.

Chicken radish is pickled radish eaten with chicken. It is made by dicing radish and soaking it in a liquid made by boiling vinegar, sugar, and salt. Like kimchi for rice, pickles for pizza, and danmuji for jajangmyeon, it is a side dish that goes well with chicken or whole chicken with its crunchy texture and sour and refreshing taste.
