How to heat Rice and others

Open the bag or container slightly and heat it in the microwave for 5 to 9 minutes (depending on power). When reheating 3-4 pieces of rice at once in the microwave, slightly open the lid and heat for about 9 minutes.

Delivery

Delivery Area: Nationwide

Delivery period: Varies by delivery company. Approximately within 3-4 days. Please freeze or refrigerate immediately after product arrival. Please refer to the product description or website.
If the product arrives late due to circumstances of the delivery company and the dry ice or refrigerant has melted, it can still be eaten if it is cool.
'Brunch Time' carefully packages frozen and refrigerated products to last longer than standard delivery.

Refund

If the product arrives late (more than 5 days) and spoils and cannot be eaten, we will begin the refund process if you send us important evidence of the product condition within 5 hours of the product arrival.

Video: A video of the overall inside and outside of the product and the spoilage of the food for more than 15 seconds. Our customer service team will refund you after the inspection team confirms and approves it. The sooner you send the photos, the more likely they are to be accepted as evidence. You cannot apply for a refund for spoilage of food after 10 hours of receiving the product.

Cancelation

Order Cancellation, Returns and Exchanges
Since this product is a frozen or refrigerated food, cancelation, returns and exchanges due to a simple change of mind by the customer are not possible after receiving the delivery start message after ordering. If a problem occurs due to food spoilage or spoilage caused by the delivery company's late delivery, you can receive a refund only if the photos and videos you send are approved by our inspection confirmation team. Please place a new order after receiving the refund. Thank you.

Brunch-Time Jjajangmyeon is different. This is a healthy menu where meat and vegetables are stir-fried with coconut oil, then stir-fried again with chunjang made with extra virgin olive oil, and finished with sesame oil.
